The Nerdery teamed with agency partner Little & Company to overhaul the Minneapolis College of Art and Design’s (MCAD) website. We were thrilled to partner with Little & Company as we worked together to identify the best solutions for the client. In this case, MCAD needed a website that would show off their school to prospective students and handle student registration.
With Little & Company handling the design work, we focused on developing and implementing the MCAD’s new virtual home in Drupal. Among the features built for the website are undergraduate and graduate applications, online galleries showcasing student work, and a searchable database of continuing education courses. It was also designed to be easier to update and keep current; instead of relying on the IT department to make change to the website, each individual department can update their own content and keep things current.
All told, The Nerdery spent a month and a half and approximately 1,500 hours developing MCAD’s new virtual home. We were gratified to finish the project with a stronger relationship with Little & Company and a happy client in MCAD who is better equipped to serve their community.
