Can't wait for March 23? Enter the Capitol now. Lionsgate took live today an immersive site for 'The Hunger Games,' using HTML5 video to give visitors the experience of "arriving" in the fictional city where the Games are held.

Fans can explore hidden features and invite their friends into the site through Facebook.

The site, which was created in partnership with Microsoft, is also a promotional tool for Internet Explorer version 9. Digital agencies Ignition Interaction and The Nerdery worked on development.
